The Digital Clarity Audit is designed to answer one question: what should you fix first?

I'll go through your website, your analytics setup, your social media presence, and your conversion flow — and give you a prioritized list of exactly what's working, what's not, and what to do about it. No vague advice. No jargon. Just a clear, honest assessment with specific action steps you can take right away — whether you do them yourself, hire someone else, or work with me.

Here's what's included and why each piece matters:

Website Audit Your website is the foundation of your entire online presence, and most small business websites have issues that are silently costing them clients. I'll review your site's design, layout, mobile experience, page speed, navigation, and overall user flow. I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone visiting for the first time: Is it clear what you do? Is it easy to find the important information? Does it look professional and current? Does it work well on a phone? I'll flag everything from outdated design and confusing navigation to broken links and missing contact information — the things that make someone leave your site and go to a competitor instead.

Tracking Audit (Google Analytics & Search Console) You can't improve what you're not measuring. I'll check whether Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console are properly set up on your site — and if they are, whether they're actually tracking the right things. A surprising number of small businesses either don't have analytics installed at all, have an outdated version running, or have it set up incorrectly so the data is unreliable. I'll verify your tracking is working, check whether you're collecting meaningful data, and identify any gaps. If nothing is set up yet, I'll tell you exactly what you need and how to get it running.

Social Media Audit Having social media accounts isn't the same as having a social media presence. I'll review your active platforms and evaluate your profile setup, posting consistency, content quality, engagement patterns, and how well your social media connects back to your website and business goals. I'm not counting followers — I'm looking at whether your social media is actually doing anything for your business. Are you reaching the right people? Is your content building trust and authority? Is there a clear path from your social media to your website or booking page? I'll identify what's working, what's falling flat, and where the biggest opportunities are.

Conversion Friction Review This is the piece most businesses never think about — and it's often where the biggest wins are hiding. I'll walk through your site the way a potential client would, from the moment they land on your homepage to the moment they're supposed to take action (book a call, fill out a form, make a purchase). Every point where they might hesitate, get confused, or give up is friction — and friction costs you money. Maybe your call-to-action is buried at the bottom of the page. Maybe your contact form asks for too much information. Maybe there's no clear next step after someone reads about your services. I'll map out every friction point and show you how to remove them.

Prioritized Recommendations This is where it all comes together. After reviewing everything, I'll give you 5–8 specific, prioritized recommendations ranked by impact and effort. Not a generic checklist — a custom action plan based on what I actually found in your audit. The recommendations are ordered so you know exactly what to tackle first for the biggest results, and what can wait. Each one includes what the issue is, why it matters, and what to do about it — in plain language you can actually act on.

What you walk away with:

A personalized Loom video walkthrough (15–20 minutes) where I share my screen and walk you through everything I found — so you can see the issues in real time and understand the context behind each recommendation. Plus a written summary document with all findings organized by category, your prioritized action steps, and clear next moves. You'll have everything you need to either implement the changes yourself or hand the report to someone else and say "fix this."
