I didn't plan to end up in digital strategy.

But a while back, a friend asked me to help fix her website. It was outdated, hard to navigate, and definitely not doing her business any favors. So I dug in — restructured the layout, cleaned up the messaging, set up some basic tracking so she could actually see what was working.

And something clicked.

Not just for her business, but for me. I realized I had a knack for taking something messy and overwhelming and turning it into something clean, clear, and functional. I loved the combination of creative thinking and data — making things look good and proving they actually work.

Before this, I spent time working in healthcare. That background shaped how I approach everything I do now: attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine care for the people I work with. In healthcare, you don't cut corners and you don't leave people confused. I bring that same standard to every project.

I started this business because I believe small businesses deserve better than what they're getting. Most can't afford a big agency, and most freelancers hand over a nice-looking deliverable without building the systems to make it last. I want to be different. I want to give small business owners the tools, the strategy, and the structure to show up online with confidence — and the data to know it's actually working.

If I can help a small business put the right systems in place and watch them grow because of it, that's the best feeling in the world. That's why I do this.
