  • Three things. First, I build systems, not just deliverables. You don't just get a website — you get a documented process for maintaining it. Second, everything is data-informed. I set up tracking from day one so we always know what's working and what needs to change. Third, I actually explain things in plain language. No jargon, no confusing reports, no making you feel like you need a marketing degree to understand your own business.

  • It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk about where your business is right now, what's not working with your digital presence, and what you're trying to achieve. From there, I'll recommend the service or package that makes the most sense for your situation — no pressure, no hard sell. If it's a good fit, I'll send over a proposal and we can get moving.

  • That's exactly what the discovery call is for. A lot of my clients come in knowing something needs to improve but aren't sure where to start. I'll ask some questions about your business, look at what you currently have, and make an honest recommendation — even if that recommendation is that you don't need me right now.

  • Because of the custom nature of the work, I don't offer refunds once a project has begun. However, I build in revision rounds and regular check-ins throughout every project so you're never surprised by the final result. If something isn't right, we'll fix it together before the project wraps.

  • My clients are primarily US-based small businesses, but I'm open to working with businesses in other English-speaking markets. Because everything is delivered virtually, location isn't a barrier — we'll communicate over Zoom, email, and messaging just like you would with any remote team member.

  • For one-time projects (Web Design Refresh, Digital Infrastructure Package), I typically require 50% upfront to begin work and 50% upon completion. For monthly services (Content Strategy & Analytics, Ongoing Digital Management, Social Media Management), payment is due at the beginning of each month. I accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

  • No. Monthly services run on a month-to-month basis. I ask for a minimum commitment of three months to give the strategy time to show results, but after that you're free to continue, pause, or stop at any time with 30 days' notice. I'd rather keep you because the work is great, not because a contract says you have to stay.

  • Not at all. Most of my clients aren't technical and that's completely fine. I handle all the setup, building, and configuration. When I hand things off, I walk you through everything in plain language and give you documented guides so you're never stuck staring at a screen wondering what to click.
